Nick was amazing to work with from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He spent a great deal of time with us in the show room and on the phone, helping us pick out the correct products and to secure financing. Diana was equally incredible. She was responsive, organized, and always willing to go above and beyond whenever we had questions. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me and my wife regarding the purchasing and installation of a hot tub. I did not purchase a tub from him because of the logistics of delivery to Lake Gaston…..he was kind enough to recommend a Company that should be able to handle our needs. Just had to shout out to Nick at Great Atlantic Ho tubs. We are looking for a replacement hot tub. Nick was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the latest hot tub salt water systems and chemical management in addition to the advantages of the various models of hot tub models. He helped us validate the brand and model of hot tub that is perfect for our needs. I have owned 2 Hot tubs for over 10 years and Nick was the most knowledgeable of any salesperson that I have encountered over these years. Highly recommend this store first when shopping for a hot tub!
We had a fantastic experience purchasing a hot tub and a sauna from Great Atlantic. Nick, the sales person was awesome and kept in communication throughout the process. The delivery team was so communicative with us and each other that the delivery was so smooth. We only ran into one small hiccup and they resolved it within 30 minutes, which is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company.
