Patriot Pools of Virginia, LLC

Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve attached photos because they show the issues more clearly than words ever could. If you still decide to hire them — which I strongly advise against — read every line of the contract carefully. Jamie will almost certainly respond with the usual claims that we “owe money” or that we “caused” the problems. If that were true, they would have taken us to small-claims court, as they’ve done to many others (you can verify this by searching civil court records). Poor workmanship isn’t something a homeowner can “cause,” and I followed every instruction they gave me. Unfortunately, Jamie and Aaron consistently shift blame onto the customer instead of taking responsibility for their work.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Aaron and Jamie are not only professional, kind, and friendly, they are super people. They both go above and beyond of what is needed. I couldn’t be happier with the pool liner installation. They made the whole process very easy from their initial visit, the selection of the liner and the installation. It came out looking great. Aaron also assisted me in fixing several plumbing leaks on a heat pump I installed. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.

Aaron and Jaime were extremely thorough with every detail in the build of our pool. From navigating around our new shed to working with the deck builder to ensure that water flowed away from the pool but also not under the deck they left no doubt that I hired the right company to transform our back yard. They explained the schedule and what to expect during each phase of the build leaving no questions as to what was going to happen and when.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Patriot Pools of Virginia! From start to finish, Aaron and Jamie were outstanding. They listened closely to all our requests and questions, guiding us through the design of an incredible pool. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. Jamie kept us informed every step of the way through phone calls, text messages, and emails, clearly explaining each phase so we always knew what to expect. Aaron was hands-on from the very first dig to the final pour of concrete, ensuring every detail was executed to perfection. Their commitment to customer service was apparent from day one. They made us feel like family, not just another client. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and the results speak for themselves; our pool is absolutely stunning and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Beyond the pool itself, they even offered suggestions for landscaping and shrub placement, which really brought the whole space together. If you’re looking for a pool builder that values quality, clear communication, and genuine customer care, Patriot Pools is the company to transform your yard into an oasis. Highly recommended!

We worked with Patriot Pools for the design and construction of our pool. I cannot say enough good things about them. From our very first meeting through the end of the project, Aaron and Jamie were professional, communicative and knowledgeable. We had a general idea of what we wanted but once we started with with Aaron he showed us the art of the possible and then executed on it flawlessly. One other key thing is that I have never seen anyone with the work ethic that Aaron and his team has. They stayed on schedule worked through all kinds of weather and frankly I am not certain that they ever took a lunch break. At the end of the day they built a beautiful pool worked closely with the other yard contractors for the patio and fence install and turned our backyard into an absolute oasis. I feel like we got a great product at a great price. I highly recommend Patriot Pools.
