Not happy with the after purchase service. Purchased a hot tub 3 months ago and one f the valves is leaking. They are trying to charge me a trip fee to come out and look at it. Paid 18k for it. Unsat. If I could I would send it back and purchase elsewhere. In the mean time I will repair it myself.
I went to the hot tub expo in Waco March 2026 and were met by Dan from Leander area. He was full of energy, knowledge, and patience. He took us from the most expensive to the least and made sure we saw everything they had to offer. I did my research ahead of time and could tell the Atlas brand was a quality product. He listened to our needs and concerns, alleviated my worries, and before you know it we selected a great hot tub. His best suggestion for me was get the EZ Pad for my ground base as well as a few other tricks he had up his sleeve to help us out. Can't wait for its arrival.
We haven't missed a day using our Master Spa from Atlas since it was delivered. From the moment I contacted Atlas online until we completed the transaction, Adrien walked us through every step.
