Backyard Concepts did a great job on our patio. From the design and quote to the installation. Professional and the quality of work was exceptional. We love our patio area and are looking forward to our next project they will be working on for us. An outdoor kitchen and bar area.

Not being from Waco and having huge issues with a pool we had put in years back my wife and I started our research on finding the right pool company for our new pool at our new house. We found just that with Jarred at Backyard Concepts!!! I have made Fiberglass Pools and knew we didn’t want that. Upon meeting Jarred he shared with us his new pool line in Bio-design pools. I was hooked immediately!!!
Jarred and team installed our pool in only 12 days!!! His entire team treats you and your property as if it was there own. The Quality is 2nd to none and he even goes beyond even if it’s something that wasn’t included in the quote. He is interested in the customer FIRST. Our worry was
The unexpected expensives that seems to be normal. Not with Backyard Concepts!! In closing, he is always available!!! Let me say that again. Always will answer phone calls, texts or emails. How many times to we have to fight with the companies once they get our money? Not with BC. If your looking to have
Them build your pool or backyard getaways or combination of both then Jarred and team is where you need to go!!!!

The entire process of selecting, constructing, and learning about our new Backyard Concepts BioDesign pool was outstanding. I have to say that I could not have asked for a better experience. The Backyard Concepts team clearly explained the process, kept us informed as the pool was being built and walked us through the maintenance process. We love our new pool.

Backyard Concepts did a great job in helping us create our dream backyard. We didn't have a real clear vision starting out, but they helped us create a beautiful pool & outdoor entertaining space. Their expertise and experience has been so valuable throughout this process...I would highly recommend them!

Backyard Concepts is an amazing company. Jarred Milam and his amazing team built my dream pool and spa. From the first interaction with his design studio to the actual digging of the pool in our yard, they were over the top with my satisfaction in mind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool, or custom backyard design.
