BEWARE, horrible service, disconnect their phones. Worst pool cleaning company. You cannot get ahold of anyone with any issues or questions. They stopped servicing our pool without notice and after a week of no communication sent an email apologizing they no longer service our area. We were out of town and came home to a green pool and an email a day later stating they will no longer provide services to our area.
Hometown Pools has gone completely missing in action. The only thing they have done consistently is auto debited our account for monthly service, however they have not been showing up to service the pool, won’t answer the phone, and won’t return calls, texts, or emails. It feels as if they are stealing money from their customers. What happened to them???
The recent wind storm dumped a lot of dirt in our pool. Hometown Pools helped us every step of the way to get our pool back in great/clear condition. The owner check our pool daily over the course of several days to ensure our pool was back to normal! We wouldn’t use anyone else!
Aqua Edge went above and beyond to help us get a non-working pool up to speed. They came out multiple times to make sure their work was done correctly. I believe the pool looks better than it ever had before! I would definitely recommend Aqua Edge for all of your pool needs.
