Do not buy from this store! Terrible customer service. They take 6+ months to fix the spa if there's an issue. Mine has been out of commission for 6 months even though it's under warranty. They sold us a spa knowing where we live and are now charging us a $250 fee to service even though Hot Springs Headquarters said they can't do that.
I’ve been doing business with Reliable since 2001 at two locations. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs. Service is great, prices are fair. If you want quality service and supplies this is the place. Cindy, Bob, and Matt are the best.
Made arrangements to have service performed on a sand filter. Because the s a very small business with only one technician, it was scheduled for several weeks later. Date of service n one came no phone call nothing! Called the following day and spoke to Cynthia who said she would look into it. No follow call!! I don't know how the stay at n business. Should be renamed 'unreliable pool service'. Will never use the businesssagain!!
We recently purchased the Envoy hot tub and the entire experience was great. Cynthia helped us select the tub, reviewed all the options with us and made sure we were happy with all the selections. The delivery and set up of the tub was very smooth. Their team did a great job and provided detailed explanations of what we needed to do, particularly for the salt system.
