I went in and asked for calcium chloride. Three of their male workers asked if I meant calcium hypochlorite. I told them no that I needed calcium chloride. All three proceeded to try and sell me shock. I walked out of the store never to return.
Weatherford store always has what I need. The staff are super nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable and know what to recommend. My pool has never been unbalanced under their supervision.
The first time I visited, a woman helped me and was nice and helpful. The second time, the most unlikable guy in the world "helped" me. I specifically asked for a 40mm hose to replace my old 40mm hose. Apparently, that prompted him to ask 30 questions, tell me I'm wrong for what I'm asking, etc. i had to get heated and blunt just to get the product I needed that he was holding hostage.
I was needing a sand filter system. I’m first time pool owner had some questions the guy helping me seemed to be bothered by my questions and answers. The phone started ringing I stepped back so he could answer it. another lady working there( she was actually nice)asked him if I needed something while he was finishing his call. When he finished he just said “I already told her what she needs i don’t know”. He never let me know if they had any in stock or offered to order some.
Very helpful, they helped me choose the right pump and sand filter for my pool, and explained in detail how to hook it up, got me everything I needed, right down to the teflon tape. Went home hooked it all up, (without the 2 or 3 trips back to hardware store.) Thanks to there knowledge everything went smooth.Thanks,Michael & Joyce Owen
