They came out and replaced the mastic that was hail damage. 3 months later I noticed some area not right. Called and they came out and repaired the areas. Very good service and great communication service.
We love our pool!Parker County Pools took care of us from start to finish. Donnie and Anthony met with us at our home to discuss what we wanted, took the time to make sure we were happy with the best location for the pool, and then turned our design into reality. Geoff had great communication skills throughout the process and made sure we knew what to expect, what the next steps were and then followed up after the pool was complete. We got a pool built by Parker County Pools and we could not be happier! From design to completion it was seamless, quick, informative and high quality. Geoff was on top of everything and took care of all the little things you don’t think about. Great product and company!
We just completed our pool remodel project and highly recommend Parker County Pools. I wanted a local business with an actual office and showroom. Geoff Waco helped us with our planning, followed thru every day, and kept in constant contact. The project was completed quickly with no surprises. Geoff was a pleasure to work with as were Richard and Luke.
I have to first say from start to finish these guys were amazing!! I couldn’t believe how well the pool came together and without any hiccups really. It turned out so beautiful and we are so happy. Donny, the owner, was wonderful and Cory was amazing!! In fact everyone was awesome. They were even there for us during the cold snap. They were incredibly fast in getting back to us as far as any answers to our questions. It really put our mind at ease. Love these guys!!
