Zach and Brian were awesome, professional, curteous, and customer focused on delivery and haul away. The only disappointment was the tub didn’t come with the right control panel and no steps were provided. Called back to the store and they are ordering the new control panel and I’m sure they will bring steps when they come to swap that out.
Outstanding service from start to finish. He conducted himself with complete professionalism and treated the job as if it were his own personal project. He took his time to ensure everything was done right and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving. He was also able to answer all of our questions clearly and thoroughly.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, reliable cleaning services. My wife and I are new to hot tubs. We went in on a Saturday and spoke with Bret Carter. He was very helpful and walked us through the different tubs and options. He helped us pick the perfect hot tub! When it was time for installation, delivery was easy. Texas Leisure sent out their tech to show us how to use it and care for it. It is summer, but we still get in 4 times a week. I would highly recommend Texas Leisure in Weatherford if you are looking for a hot tub and want a great experience!
