Edgar is an expert at pool maintenance and troubleshooting! My pool had almost no water when I opened this season (inground) and he came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Since the pool was drained, I also opted to get it re plastered (gunite pool) since it was starting to wear and chip. He got me in the schedule very quickly so the kids can still enjoy this summer. He was very responsive and also taught me a lot about my pool that I didn't know! The best pool company I have ever had over (and I've called a few) and I will always go to them for all my future needs!

Last spring I purchased my first house with a pool. I had zero idea what I was in for but I know my family is going to love it. Couldn’t figure out anything. Rizzo was the only company that wasn’t booking 4 weeks out when I called. Rizzo was at my place in a few days. Diagnosed a dead pump, assisted me with my purchase, came back in a few days and installed the new pump, DE Filter was then in need of a valve replacement. Boom, Rizzo guided me with that purchase and install. Pool has been clean piece all last summer and now this summer. Had Rizzo close my pool. Was more than I anticipated but when I opened my pool this year myself, everything snapped in place and fired right up. They didn’t beat me up on the invoice, which is why I use them again and again. Appreciate the expert level of service. They come when they say they plan to and yeah. Sometimes service calls can be quick. That’s what expertise does for you. Doesn’t matter that it took 5-10 minutes. It only matters that it’s fixed, right, the first time. Would you rather pay some bone head for 2 hours of labor and maybe he fixed it correctly or maybe he’s robbing you blind. Rizzo has taken care of my needs and they are “My POOL peeps” ??? I personally recommend Rizzo.
