Rizzo Pools

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rizzo Pools, and especially with Edgar. We purchased an older home with a pool that has definitely seen its share of years, and our goal this season was simply to get it up and running so our family could enjoy the summer. Since we weren't even living at the property yet, coordinating everything from a distance could have been incredibly stressful, but Edgar made the entire process so much easier. From day one, he has been patient, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best path forward. Every time another issue surfaced (which is inevitable with older pool infrastructure), he took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and help us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured. He really cares about what he is doing. He consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, kept us updated throughout the process, and did everything in his power to help us get the pool ready for our boys to enjoy this summer. We're incredibly grateful for Edgar's honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. While this year was focused on getting everything operational, we're already looking forward to working with Edgar and the entire Rizzo Pools team on a full pool renovation next year. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its customers.

Edgar is an expert at pool maintenance and troubleshooting! My pool had almost no water when I opened this season (inground) and he came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Since the pool was drained, I also opted to get it re plastered (gunite pool) since it was starting to wear and chip. He got me in the schedule very quickly so the kids can still enjoy this summer. He was very responsive and also taught me a lot about my pool that I didn't know! The best pool company I have ever had over (and I've called a few) and I will always go to them for all my future needs!

Rizzo Pool is the best! They built our pool 23 years ago and we knew it needed to be renovated this year. There was no doubt who we were calling and Rizzo Pool once again did not disappoint! Edgar made the entire process easy, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, promptness and workmanship is outstanding!

Last spring I purchased my first house with a pool. I had zero idea what I was in for but I know my family is going to love it. Couldn’t figure out anything. Rizzo was the only company that wasn’t booking 4 weeks out when I called. Rizzo was at my place in a few days. Diagnosed a dead pump, assisted me with my purchase, came back in a few days and installed the new pump, DE Filter was then in need of a valve replacement. Boom, Rizzo guided me with that purchase and install. Pool has been clean piece all last summer and now this summer. Had Rizzo close my pool. Was more than I anticipated but when I opened my pool this year myself, everything snapped in place and fired right up. They didn’t beat me up on the invoice, which is why I use them again and again. Appreciate the expert level of service. They come when they say they plan to and yeah. Sometimes service calls can be quick. That’s what expertise does for you. Doesn’t matter that it took 5-10 minutes. It only matters that it’s fixed, right, the first time. Would you rather pay some bone head for 2 hours of labor and maybe he fixed it correctly or maybe he’s robbing you blind. Rizzo has taken care of my needs and they are “My POOL peeps” ??? I personally recommend Rizzo.
