Very unprofessional company that give you a run around instead of providing service on time.Got stuff delivered for above ground within a week but took 8 weeks to build it. We were told that pool will be done in 1-2 weeks when we finalized to contract. We were not told keep the mud that got accumulated after digging to get rid of saying that it will be required to fill up sides after pool is built but later contractor would not fill up saying they can’t do it other I would have gotten rid of my yard long before. Installer was doing job for couple of hours every few days and would leave saying they don’t have material needed etc. He was probably doing multiple projects at the same time. After installing pool , installer would not put ladder in the pool saying they are authorized to do it and won’t even tell who would it. Installer said he is authorized electrician and would be happy to do that to but later after installing pool ,at the last moment ,said we would have to wait another week or two to get electric stuff done as he is running behind in his installing projects. Now I can’t find an electrician to do stuff for next 2-3 weeks.They wasted my summer and my kids are not able to enjoy pool yet. We were ill informed and got poor unprofessional services. Don’t get stuck with them.
Great experience with a new purchase of a Maple spa from the team at Aqua Leisure. Purchased spa from Kevin @ Dickson City, very knowledgeable and professional and help my wife and I pick the proper spa for our needs. Had a few conversations with BO spa manager again very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions, would get right back to you when leaving a message. A big thank you to the delivery team, these guys were fantastic and very professional and friendly. Had my spa on its pad in no time and great job, I highly recommend purchasing a spa from Aqua Leisure, great quality and at a reasonable price. Thanks, team!
We Love our new Pool, it is so nice to not have to wait to be invited to a friends pool, we should have done this years ago. Aqua Leisure made the process easy and they did a beautiful job.
Highly recommended!!! I was trying to source a rare part for my Wellis swimspa and Bo was outstanding in his customer service to investigate a number of options to find it and send it out to me. The part itself was only a few dollars but Bo took a lot of time to help me with his persistence to find it and then send it to me. These guys are a step above the rest when it comes to helping their customers. This was my first experience with them but I’d definitely use them again.
We bought our pool from Aqua Leisure. The customer service was attentive, friendly and helpful. They even had “pool school” to get us aquatinted with the system. The install was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product.
