Excellent company to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced. Does an excellent job opening and closing pools. Very responsive for pool equipment repairs and replacements.
Scheduled with them for a pool opening. Asked to have a tech give me a return call about a salt cell install. No return call… I called the Saturday before my appointment to have them bring sand for the filter… absolutely I’ll let the guys know. Appointment day comes and When no one showed up after two hours, I called to which They took my name and then put the phone down on the counter and I got to listen to the check out banter until it was hung up about two minutes later. After calling back, I was told I was never on the schedule which infuriated me since I’ve been waiting for two weeks. I then headed over in hopes I would be able to talk to an owner… true to form no owner was available. The two ladies at the counter said they could help, the same two from the phone that have let me down to this point. After Telling me I was confused on who I called, and that they never would have given me an appointment time, and that they weren’t who I talked to on the phone, as you can imagine I wasn’t wasting anymore time, as my whole morning was wasted already. Oversights and mistakes happen I totally understand that, to act like this whole situation was not entirely their fault tells me exactly who this company is… you didn’t add me to the schedule, you didn’t follow up…. You didn’t follow through… not going to lie feels like I dodged a bullet.
Very professional. Great experiences both in store and at home service. Hands down the best in the area
Very unprofessional. Will no show/no call for original appointment (the weather was completely fine) and then not call when they are actually coming. It is against company policy to call customers. Then will charge for chemicals and not complete the opening with parts that are locked up due to being put away from the no show the previous day.
Good place to go. They always run my pool water samples and let me know what I need. Just wish they stay open past 4pm one day of the week. 9-4 is tough for the working class.
