Sold me a faulty hose that ruptured overnight and potentially cost me a pump as a result of water leaking out and won't even exchange the defective hose. I do not recommend these con artists.
I have been going to Olympic Pools for 52 years. Their staff is excellent. Their advice is beyond great. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. They know their business, and are always friendly and eager to assist in any situation, and I've had some duzzies over the years on the in-ground pool they installed way back when, but it's still going after all this time.
I have been a customer of Olympic Pools & Spas for almost three years. Earlier, I called to ask if they had a specific product in stock and if they could set it aside for me. It was the Frog Ease system, including the main unit and three additional cartridges for my hot tub. When I arrived to pay, I was asked how I planned to pay. I intended to use my credit card, only to find out that an additional 3% fee applies to credit card transactions, but not debit cards. When I asked when this policy started, I was informed it had been in place for about two weeks.I really wish the employee I spoke to on the phone had mentioned this beforehand. It felt like a waste of my time to go there, so I left without purchasing the items and decided to buy elsewhere. Just disappointed.
Came out to repair my liner leaking, patched 1 hole said there are 6 more to be done at a future time when the water is clearer.{so how did you find 7 if it was too cloudy?}Came out a few weeks later, said still too cloudy to patch??Water bill was 420 last month had to keep hose running to keep pool filter running.3rd time out, patched 2 holes. But I thought there were 6 left to be fixed, water was very clear so that excuse can't be used ?!?!Olympic Pool bill over 300 now, and guess what next day level down 1 inch, now mind you this is a 24 x 40 in ground pool....lot of water!!!Call Olympic again, older sounding man tells me he can't get in touch with anyone but will send someone out on the following Wednesday, that's 4 days of losing water.Old guy calls on Tuesday to confirm Wednesday appointment, I tell him that due to the water level getting low, it's getting cloudy, I then proceeded to express my disappointment in his companies ability to fix the job right the 1st time, and he tells me, "Sir, you liner is old and leaking" but doesn't offer an explanation on the poor work by the servicemen.I urge people to look at other companies before choosing Olympic, I for one will never consider calling them for anything.
We purchased our inground pool here and the entire experience was pleasant. Recently our led light went out and they replaced without question under warranty. They mistakenly gave us the light that had different colors and features and called us the next day stating it was their mistake and to enjoy the new light. From beginning to end highly recommend this location for all your pool needs!!!!
