B&B pools replaced my pool heater and did an excellent job. Durelle the serviceman who installed the heater, came within in 2 days of me calling for a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. I would highly recommend B&B pools.
Carlos is very good, pool looks great, came back three times initially to get it looking great even see bottom in deep end. Only One question, when I check chlorine level with my strip yesterday, it did not look like there was any chlorine left, and the tablets were size of bottom caps. I know Carlos comes on Monday, however is it OK to get to 0ppm. Not an issue other then I don't want to lose how clean it appears now. Thanks. Gerry
Can’t thank Durrelle from B&B enough. I assumed I had a seized motor on our pool pump but Durrelle did a thorough check and discovered a loose wire - problem solved. Saved us a ton of money. Should also add I called on a Friday and issue resolved first thing Monday morning.
Jose is a very professional and knowledgeable technician!He went above and beyond to repair my pool’s cleaner. The cleaner was not working due to loose fitting to the wall of the pool, but Jose found a way to fix it!Thank you so much for an excellent job!
