Avoid this company at all costs.They require 100% payment before the job even begins, and once they have your money, they work on their own timeline—if they come back at all.Although the pool was leveled, my yard was left looking like a construction site. Phil, who was responsible for leveling the yard, walked away claiming a retaining wall “wasn’t part of the job,” leaving the project unfinished. I was forced to spend an additional $7,000 out of my own pocket just to complete the work and make my yard usable.To make matters worse, they left me to dispose of all of the construction debris and garbage myself instead of cleaning up after the job.Since then, multiple contractors who came to my property have told me the job was not completed properly. Some of those contractors even know Paul Sr. personally and still said the work should never have been left in that condition.When I contacted Paul Sr., the owner, about these issues, he showed no interest in taking responsibility or making the situation right.I paid for a completed project and was left with an unfinished yard, thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses, and a pile of debris to clean up myself. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS STORE.For reference, I am a seventeen year old who runs a local powerwashing business with my friend. I did some mediocre research (poor on my part), and found that 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (SH) pool shock works best for removing stubborn algae/mold/dirt on stone.As a result, I drove to this local pool store and purchased two gallons of Buckman's 12.5% SH pool shock from one of the people running the store. I paid nearly $60 USD for this amount, and thought that was slightly pricey compared to other chemicals I have purchased. I then went back to my car, and researched the average price for the same Buckman's 12.5% SH liquid shock; brands like Clearwater Pool and Spa or DK Hardware Supply charged no more than $10 USD per gallon of this liquid shock, substantially lower than the $30 per gallon charged by Caribbean Pools Inc.I attempted to return the chemicals I purchased. The person from whom I initially bought the chemicals seemed relatively angry though was clearly going through with the return process, and called who I believe to be the owner over. The owner then informed me that store policy prevents returns on chemicals, indicating a lack of proper communication among these workers (i.e., one person was letting me return, while the other told me I couldn't return it). Although I had wanted to return the chemicals five minutes after I purchased it, I will be fair in saying that I failed to read the "no return policy" sticker on their desk, and do not blame them for not allowing me to return it (notwithstanding the fact that the chemicals remained sealed).Nonetheless, Caribbean Pools Inc. charged me almost three times the industry-wide average price of pool shock per gallon, and after having read similar reviews from this store, they respond with an intellectually dishonest claim of their compliance to a "higher quality standard." I thank this business for providing me with an early exposure to the necessity for doing hefty research before purchasing particular products.I hope this review helps others before making a similar mistake.
I have an Admirals Walk 12x20 inch pool. In 2014 I had Caribbean pools replace the liner. It lasted 12 years. This season I had the liner replaced again by Caribbean Pools. Paul Jr. took care of me from start to finish. The crew came and emptied the pool. The next day another crew came and installed the new liner. (Six guys came and did an extraordinary job. They were professional, neat and clean from start to finish. Within three hours the liner was installed. They stood by their work and I would recommend them highly. Great Job.

Paul Jr and his team were great thru the installation of my 18ft round above ground pool. I purchased the pool on my own and Paul made sure I had everything I needed to begin the installation process. Installation was scheduled quickly and the team installed the pool and equipment in a few hours. I was shocked how fast it was done! Will use Caribbean Pools going forward for all my pool needs.
