not the worst service but bad communication.Backyard pools initially got our green pool to good condition from a previous company in Yuma that flaked on us and stopped showing up. We started maintenance with themI reached out via email and call, about our pool maintenance multiple times to check in as our house is on the market and needing to confirm the pool condition for coming up inspections just to receive no responses. I was going to switch pool maintenance to someone more reliable but spoke with Jehovana and was convinced to stay on their word that they can send check ins as we’re not in town, and NEED the pool in good condition.We didn’t receive any communication or responses when I did email them, until I got a response with an excuse of “family problems” and they’d get back to us about our pool.Followed up again, frustrated that they couldn’t even confirm that the pool was being maintained the month we payed for, we had to call a different company and pay them to go and check out the condition, get it up to working order and start service all over again. Cost us more money to stay with Backyard Pools in the end, pretty lame experience. Wouldn’t recommend
We did our pool with this company summer las year and after a year we have been very pleased with the result, Poncho was very helpful and made our vision come a reality.
