Marty has been more than helpful to us, he installed a pool heater and has helped us a few times when we had pump issues.Recently helped get out pump motor replaced under the factory warranty.Highly recommended!! ??
I can’t comment on quality at this point. July 2020). Still waiting for them to show up. Took my deposit 9 weeks ago. Subcontracted the pool dig out which is fine but haven’t been back other than for more money. I wish there was better communication and performance. Marty and Connie both seem very personable. I hope they can perform. So far less than impressed. Will revise my review as the job progresses. Extremely frustrated at this point. Plumbing has started. Promised to complete Promptly.Dec 28 still waiting.??
Chris at Blue Desert was one of the first people we met when we moved to Yuma. She is personable, friendly and professional. Did I mention knowledgable? Wow! She has saved my pool countless times. She is way more willing to help than those people at that pool place in town.Thank you, Chris!
Marty, Chris and Connie a full house, these folks are just fantastic. We are new to the Foothills and bought a home where Blue Desert had built the pool 10 or 11 years ago. It had not been taken care of as it should have been. I decided to get all the help I could to learn to take care of it myself. Chris (in the store) and Marty on site have bent over backwards to assist me. They have our vote of confidence and we would recommend them to anyone buying or remodeling a pool.
