My warranty company requested service from this company. After i paid a fee i called this pool company diring normal business hours 8-5 aprox at 2pm no answer so i left a message. I had no call back what so ever. After several days i reached them and they came out with out a call. I was leaving my driveway when i saw the pool tech leaving my back yard. We talked and he told me what was needed and they contact me again after getting an authorization for the parts. No one calledfor seven days. I contacted my home warranty co they could not reach them. The following week on a monday i called them and they said there was a mix up but they would come out on wednesday. I informed them i worked in El centro and would not be home but both gates are unlocked. On that morning i received a text telling me they would be there at 9:30 am. When i got home from work i checked and nothing was done. I was upset and called them. The employee had no empathy or concern but told me i was not there and they could not reach me so they did not repair it. I told her i had called several days before and given permisión. Again no empathy it was my fault for not being there. How rediculous!!! The gate is unlocked there are no dogs. I told her lets step back and deflate this when can you come and resolve this issue before my pool turns green. She gave me a date three days out. I said thank you. Next i get a message from my warranty company i have Paradise Pools coming. Its fine there a good company. I can only hope that the person i was talking to was not the owner of Quick Fix. The staff do not answer the phone or call back in a timely manner and their concern for the customer or growth of revenue for the business is inbeleiable and should never happen. No one should be treated with such lack of empathy. Yes things happen but you could say your sorry and mak things right. In this case there neglect was costing me more money in time to pay for a pool turning green. Think twice
Quick Fix just completed our new pool build and we couldn't be happier. Oliver was great to work with. He's very professional and easy to work with. Shout outs also to Palmer, Phil and Frank. We had never had a pool built, so it was a learning experience. Quick Fix made it as easy as possible. We obtained several quotes before deciding on Quick Fix. Their price fit our budget and included a couple of things that the other companies would have charged us more for. They also coordinated well with the company that raised our brick wall and added wrought iron fencing and gates making this a seamless install. Thanks to the Quick Fix gang for our beautiful pool!!

We couldn't be more happier with the project Phil Barr and his team completed for us. We had the pool redone, new plaster, waterfall, cool deck painintg and turtle on the bottom. We had snags along the way and Phil handled them fast and professional. I'm sure he got tired of my endless texts :)
