From the very beginning, they showed professionalism, honesty, and pride in their craft. They didn’t just “fix” the mess left behind—they carefully assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. He was also willing and able to fix issues that were uncovered during the project and agreed to take on a few extra projects as well.
