One of the most expensive and worst decisions of my life hiring Bright Sky Remodeling. Paid a premium price because their sales team talks a good game and seemed squared away. Completely changed once the project began. Contractors were always late, leaving my house a mess every day, leaving trash in the front yard for someone to "pick up" once the day was done. The project manager would say the crew would work earlier or leave later to make up for lost time and the same thing would happen no matter what. They would also say they'd be on site to do walk throughs to keep things on track then show up hours later or send someone else instead. Damaged flooring in my home, ran through all the extra material causing an even bigger jump in price. Used the wrong underlay material, only switching it after a room was already done then saying it doesn't actually matter so it should be fine yet still had to pay for the new material. New flooring is uneven and showing cracks less than six months after they installed it. All around nightmare to work with and had the audacity to ask if I'd like them to replace my roof as well. This entire company and its crew needs to stay far far away from any sort of remodeling work.
My job had multiple steps, and was done to my complete satisfaction. Up front I was given a time frame and each step was delivered as promised. Thanks Bright Sky.
They are the friendliest people to work with. We lost our glass sunroom during Hurricane Helene and we used Bright Sky to demolish the remains and build a whole new room. We went from all glass to an actual room with 3 huge windows across the front. They worked diligently to design what we wanted. They rebuilt outside steps, added more steps off our deck. There is now siding and an actual roof. And much much more. They deserve a 10 for sure.
Bright Sky did a great job on my kitchen remodel it was fast clean and efficient. Will have more work done in the future.
