From day 1 when we were interviewing builders Alair stood out. David got right to work before we signed anything and started investigating/surveying the land and began communication with the town.Jason took over the build on the construction side, and although thrown a lot of curve balls with Covid and us, the owners making some design changes along the way, he navigated the project smoothly minimalizing delays, this was especially important given we had a baby girl on the way.The project was complete on time, and we are extremely happy with the outcome.We have been in our house for about a year now and still have 100% support from Alair, even last week Jason stopped in making sure everything is how it should be. Both Jason and David really cared about their work and exceeding our expectations, to sum it up we would build again with them.

We worked with Alair Aurora/Newmarket on a complete home renovation on an older home in 2021/2022. Two major things we were looking for in a renovation company were for us to be able to have control over everything we chose for the house and that they prioritized customer satisfaction. Alair checked both of these boxes and we couldn’t have been happier with the result!We completely remodelled two floors of the house, including a full kitchen reno (taking down a wall), two bathrooms as well as flooring and all the finishes. We installed a gas line for the stove and we’re able to vent the stove outside.The companies Alair worked with for finishes were just as great. We worked with a great flooring company (who were able to customize the stairs exactly as I liked) and a wonderful kitchen company who was able to put my dream kitchen into place. Having Alair with us to coordinate all of these different vendors on a timeline that worked for us was exactly what we needed.Jason and David were great to work with! We had two project managers throughout the process. Both were very thorough in their communication and updates of the project. I loved that I had a weekly update on the project.A couple of things have popped up since the project ended and Alair was prompt in having someone come to fix it.Overall an enjoyable experience!
