ACE Remodeling TX

What started as a layout issue turned into a much larger kitchen remodeling project once we reviewed the structure. The kitchen sat beneath a second level, which limited options until load paths were adjusted. Beams were installed, and framing was rebuilt before any layout changes were approved. Ace Remodeling TX worked closely with us and kept us updated at each stage. Once the structure was resolved, the kitchen was redesigned to support better circulation and storage. The project required patience, and the planning reduced surprises later in the build. The space works far better than it ever did before.

The biggest challenge was space, not finishes. Our kitchen lacked enough space to function properly. A rear addition was approved, which meant excavation, new foundation work, and tying the structure into the existing home. Asaf led a team that managed both the addition and the interior remodel simultaneously. The kitchen layout was finalized only after the new footprint was framed, which helped avoid compromises. The project was large and involved multiple inspections, and communication stayed consistent throughout. The added square footage changed how the entire first level functions.

Our lot had space, so we went ahead with a side addition. Two new bedrooms were added, with structural beams supporting the longer span. Framing and drywall took just a few weeks. The city required a foundation redesign due to soil conditions, and the team adapted quickly and did a brilliant job. The new bedroom additions look like it was always part of the home.

I had worked with home remodeling contractors before, but nothing this organized. Jake led the full remodel of our four-bedroom home, focusing mostly on layout and finishes. The kitchen was repositioned, opening up the center of the home. New drywall, trim, and floors went in after that. No fancy tricks, just solid planning and clear execution. I didn’t have to chase them down once. The place finally fits how we live.

Jake and the team at ACE did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen is small and felt crammed, with very little storage and counter space. The team completely re-did the space and not only is it beautiful but it's functional now.
