Jon spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing my estimate and giving me all sorts of helpful tips for making diy roof repairs. He went against his own interests to educate me on how to extend the life of my roof myself and put off a potentially expensive repair or replacement. He was super helpful and generous with his time without any promise of work. Very much appreciated!!!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dewar GC! My landlord hired them to remodel my new office space and it looks BEAUTIFUL. They did really top notch work, were super communicative throughout the process, and got most things done sooner than expected. Jon is great to work with and his team— Adrian, Matt, & Juan— did a great job. They also worked nights and weekends to speed things along and get us open quickly. Jon took so much time with me and was very flexible and patient. They definitely are raising the bar for contractors everywhere. Also, my dad is a contractor a few states away and came to visit when the work was starting. He was impressed and trusted Jon and he’s not easily won over so that says a lot. Jon, Matt and Evan from Dewars General Contracting helped us make our basement dreams come true. This was our first time contracting a large project in our house and everything went smoothly.They turned our unfinished basement into a living space with a half bath*, office, bar and cat room.Jon and the team were incredibly helpful and creative throughout the whole process.The cat room (litter box room) has a motion sensor that vents the stinky air outside!We’re so happy with the way everything turned out and will be using this company for any future contracting needs.*wallpaper was my choice, Jon and team had nothing to do with it ??
I can't say enough positive things about this company! Jon fit us into their schedule on short notice, and completed the project ahead of schedule. I even added a few more things onto the job, and they were very accommodating and reasonable. The Project Manager, Evan stayed in contact, to ensure we were updated every step of the way!
