Neil Kelly Bend

We had an amazing experience with Neil Kelly. They were extremely patient with us and did some extra steps to help reassure us that our roof would pass city code to install solar panels. They were never pushy, and amazing communicators. The actual work was done in two days, and our panels work great. Everyone we interacted with on the team--from sales, to planning the system, to the GM, to the installer, to the folks answering emails--were prompt and professional. I really can't imagine a better experience. Oh. They were competitive when compared with other companies.

We are very pleased with the project Neil Kelly did for us. We remodeled a laundry room into a new bathroom and moved the laundry room to another location. Chad Terry was great to work with in the design phase. He walked us through the entire project, helped us pick out quality fixtures that kept us within our budget. Ray Sampson did an outstanding job getting his subs lined up and ready to go. He sent us photos weekly of the progress while we were out of town. The project actually got completed about two weeks earlier than scheduled. Would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Neil Kelly with our kitchen and two-bathroom remodel! From conception to design to build we were incredibly happy with Chad and George and the entire Bend Team. We’re so pleased with the outcome and the beauty and functionality of our new spaces. Chad went above and beyond helping us design spaces for what best suited our hopes and needs, and his responsiveness is unparalleled. George ensured every detail in the build was perfect. They stayed on budget and on schedule, a rarity for sure in today’s construction world! We would use them again with no reservations.

Amy Hekker is an incredible design consultant at Neil Kelly. we started working with her, and she was amazing with every decision and her expert advice took our kitchen from OK to absolutely outstanding. Everyone who has visited our home comments on our beautiful kitchen remodel and many of the design choices were all Amy. Amy guided us on the leathered granite that we chose, the color of the island, taking cabinets to the top of the ceiling…. The amount of storage space, the efficient use of corner areas, sincerely, she was absolutely fabulous at every turn.

Neil Kelly was recommended to us by a friend in Portland and we were not disappointed. We had purchased our new (older) house in November and the kitchen was cramped and inefficient. Chad Terry created a design which used the same space but shifting things so we ended up with at least twice the counter space and cupboards. The whole crew were professional, on-time, courteous and we couldn't be happier. We love our new kitchen - it turned out amazing! Only one thing now - we miss all of our new friends at Neil Kelly. They were constantly checking in with us at every stage. If you want a beautiful end product, within budget and on time - we would recommend Neil Kelly. Thank you!
