We underwent a full home remodel with Manuel's support. I appreciated his focus on the aesthetics and quality of the work, which comes through in the people he hires to perform the services and create the vision we had our home. You cannot hire someone you do not trust, and it was obvious he trusts his team, especially the work crews. We also trusted them because we could see the results of their craft, while Manuel listened to what we wanted and needed in a home instead to trying to push us in another direction. Manuel listened to what was important to us, which at times meant changing the original plan to achieve a better outlook. I am detailed focused, and was included in every decision making aspect, including where to cut the stone (to capture a specific pattern), how many degrees did I want the tile turned, crown moulding pattern, down to the hinges. It was all considered. From the things you don't see (sheetrock installation, plumbing, wood matching, etc.) to the visual pieces (carpentry, painting, wood staining, etc.) it looks amazing, like the changes were always a part of the original design of the house. Special shout out to all the tile work done: each tiled area feels like an art installation that we get to admire every day.
Manuel of Bespoke Construction recently helped me remodel a bathroom. He was a wonderful and organized project manager keeping me informed of timelines, working with me on the contracting details and his team were respectful of my home. The work was efficient, on budget, to a very high standard and to the projected timeframe. After going through a nightmare with a different company, Manuel and his team did an excellent job.
