We purchased a condo that was built in the 1980's, and it definitely looked it. The floor plan was closed, dark, and a little depressing. Maor and his team understood that we needed to open up the floorplan, brighten everything, and bring the condo into the 2020's.

They delivered a proposal within 24 hours, gave us a time frame of 6 weeks. As soon as we pulled the trigger, the ML Builders team went to work immediately. Anyone who has built a home or done any significant remodeling, cost and time overruns are the norm. Not in this project. They completed the project on budget and slightly faster than they had projected, despite there being challenges with material fulfillment.

We have worked with so many builders and remodeling companies and we have always been disappointed. ML Builders are the 1%. They have restored our faith in people and those who work in the construction industry. They will tell you what they can do, how much it's going to cost, and then deliver on their promises.

If you can get ML Builders to do your project, do not hesitate. They are the absolute best!

The owner of ML Builders, Maor is incredible to work with. I live in NY and purchased a condo in Boca Raton. I contacted Maor even before I closed. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did the entire renovation from New York. He was at the condo the day after closing and gave me a detailed written quote. He applied for all the required permits and supplied my HOA with his license and insurance information. I thought because I was doing the entire renovation from NY it would be difficult, I was wrong. ML Builders made it so easy. He kept me updated with all permits and inspections, and daily photos of the work. When the work was completed, he had a cleaning company come in and left the place spotless. I highly recommend ML Builders !!!
