We were out of the country when a plumbing problem started flooding the house. We chose Restoration Logistics based on online reviews but were nervous about using people we didn't know while away. But they did a great job. Management and office staff were easy to deal with, and from what we found when we returned home, the onsite crew were professional, organized, clean, and thorough. Although I never want to have to use a mitigation company again (!), these are the people I would go to.
