We were looking to finish our basement and we found Townhill Constructions Ltd through our neighbour as Townhill Constructions Ltd had completed numerous basements within our area and had a great reputation. The approach by Townhill Constructions Ltd. was professional with great care taken to explain the process. Throughout the process, we were given regular updates and constant contact was maintained with the Project Manager and Coordinator. A number of people have visited my basement and all have been impressed with the finished space. Thank you to the team at Townhill Constructions Ltd.

We bought a house that required renovations top to bottom, complete kitchen/ bathroom remodel, and flooring; we did not know where to start. However, the Townhill Construction team did a great job planning it out with us every step of the way. Their professionalism and expertise helped us finish our home renovation project on time and on budget. We were pleased with their recommendations to adjust and modify based on specs and our budget. They were extremely flexible in terms of working with us on changes mid way through. They communicated every step of the way any questions or concerns we had. We really liked the fact they are willing to work with us on design, material and timing. Townhill Construction team is very reliable, we had work done by other contractors who did not finish the job and disappear mid way. With most contractors, you have the fear that they will not fully know what they are doing; however not with Townhill Construction, they are expert in their field of work. We could not have been happier with the job they did. They took their time with details and adding finishing touches in the kitchen. They are very knowledgeable in the renovation area, and work with their customers patiently till they are happy with the end results. We will definitely call them back in the future for any additional renovations or remodel. We highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
