We couldn't be happier with the results of our recent renovation by Turn Key. The team, Joe, Roberto, Chris and Barry, were a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and transparent about every step of the process. The project stayed more or less on schedule, and the crew was always respectful of our home, keeping the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were also very patient with all of our questions and made sure we were happy with every decision along the way. The attention to detail was incredible, and they went above and beyond to ensure the final result was exactly what we envisioned. Our space has been completely transformed, and we are so grateful for their hard work and expertise. We highly recommend them for any home renovation project!

I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a contractor. Joe(owner) is a great salesman but him and his team fall short on providing solid project management. My mother’s renovation was quoted at 6-8 weeks but with many days of trades being unavailable as they were busy at other jobs as well as other delays the renovation took 4 months. Our family had to ensure that at least one of us was at the home any day work was being done. Poor quality work was consistently brushed off and tried to have work carry on overtop of it. This was ultimately a very stressful renovation experience with multiple discussion expressing our unhappiness with the quality of work falling on deaf ears and little to no accountability taken despite initially being ensured of the confidence in the all of the subcontractors. Please take the time to look at the photos posted with this review and make your own decision on whether or not you want to worry about this sort of quality of work being what your home/renovation receives. Best of luck in your renovations regardless of what company you choose to proceed with.

I can appreciate with this review coming some years after the renovation that there may have been improvements to the business. The timing of this review also shows that visiting my mother's home is a constant reminder of the unpleasant experience we all had and that after all this time I still felt it meaningful to post. The photos are from pre completion as it shows the work that is under the paint, flooring or behind a fridge which is still important despite it not being visible upon a walkthrough. Work eventually all met code and inspection. This review is encouraging people to avoid having to take extra steps to reach that goal such as having to have a third party flooring inspection company come in to confirm deficiencies should be repaired.

We had a pool table in our basement that was taking up space and never used. Joe and his team came in, closed off the area, creating a separate room for a new home gym. Pricing was excellent and when we had to fabricate and blend together a new wall with an existing one which was slightly crooked; the time and attention taken to make sure it was straight was top tier. The quality was perfect with everything they spec’d and installed. Joe was professional and patient when my wife wanted to install a trendy barn door last minute. He walked us through the process to spec it properly. The barn door has now become the main focal point in our basement and my wife couldn't be happier. In the end, Joe and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to costs and delivered a great product. We will use Joe again, it’s only a matter of time!

We got Joe's crew to renovate our main bathroom and are super happy with how it turned out. We had a rough idea of what we were after and Joe made the whole process of choosing details really easy. His crew was respectful and made sure the workspace was clean at the end of every workday. Plus the project was priced fairly and stayed on budget. Glad we went with Turn Key—highly recommend!
