We had the pleasure of working with RM Construction and Franco on a major renovation of our home, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, Franco and his team were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. The project included a partial basement finish that added a beautiful new bedroom and bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and high-quality tile work, as well as new flooring throughout the basement. Upstairs, they installed new flooring, including expertly crafted stair railings and spindles that completely transformed the look of the space. They also fully renovated two bathrooms upstairs—again, with impeccable attention to detail—and completed fresh paint, doors, and trim throughout the house. Franco was consistently communicative, respectful of my home, and truly took pride in every aspect of the work. They completed all work with amazing quality, coming in on time and on budget. The only hesitation I have in writing this recommendation is the selfish hope that they’ll still be available when I need them again. We recently hired RM Construction to do a full renovation of our home (3 floors) New open concept main floor including new kitchen, new flooring throughout, structural changes, paint, windows , tile and feature walls as well as 2nd floor update with new flooring new primary en-suite, kids bathroom, new hardwood staircase with contemporary custom iron handrail.
