We had the pleasure of working with RM Construction and Franco on a major renovation of our home, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, Franco and his team were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled.The project included a partial basement finish that added a beautiful new bedroom and bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and high-quality tile work, as well as new flooring throughout the basement. Upstairs, they installed new flooring, including expertly crafted stair railings and spindles that completely transformed the look of the space. RM Construction is a great group of guys who are very skilled and knowledgeable at their work. I collaborated with them on multiple projects and communication, job-site readiness and take-off were always smooth. Franco is an understandable and reasonable nogotiator who is flexible with his building processes if better ideas are presented. As a sub-contractor, I also value that I am always paid on time.
