We had our first experience with VKB and we highly recommend them for any work you are having done. We did a full remodel of our Master Bath.

We selected VKB over competitors based upon overall price and value and the employees we came into contact with. The designer, Al, was helpful and patient during the planning and decision-making process. Once the design was developed, the project manager (Vahid) stepped in with Richard the construction foreman, who proved to be a skilled professional. Vahid effectively managed all the details and particulars of the project and was a prompt and effective conduit for our concerns both large and small which he resolved to our satisfaction in every case. The team was responsive, listened and incorporated requested changes and adjustments per our requests with a smile. The flexibility and responsiveness displayed by Vahid and the team were critical to completing the project to our total satisfaction. We would highly recommend Vahid and RIchard and the rest of the team for any similar project where expectations, craftsmanship, and outstanding results are desired.

The service and work with VKB Kitchen and Bath met my expectations and resulted in two beautiful bathrooms that I am very happy with. Working with the interior designer, Farid was fun and he helped make my ideas into reality. His suggestions were helpful and he was responsive. Will provided timely and responsive project management, while some deadlines were beyond their control, updates with the progress were handled well. Marvin and his crew are highly skilled and they made me aware of changes or adjustments to the plans. They also did a good job cleaning up each day.

We recently completed a 13x13 addition along with a full kitchen renovation, which began in early August and wrapped up at the end of December. Overall, we’re very happy with how the project turned out—our kitchen is truly beautiful and even better than we imagined.

A big part of that positive experience was working with Burcu, the designer, who helped bring our vision to life. From our first meeting at the showroom, she demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. Throughout both the material selection and design phases, she thoughtfully made suggestions based on our discussions, listened carefully to our feedback, and adjusted plans to seamlessly reflect what we wanted. She was always respectful, yet honest when something might not work, and consistently kept our budget in mind. We especially appreciated her flexibility early on when we decided to change a cabinet color and adjust the size of the kitchen window—she quickly updated the drawings so we could clearly visualize the changes. She was also always available to answer questions, which made the process feel smooth and collaborative.

We also want to highlight Neftali, who handled the interior work. He was consistently professional, punctual, and responsive, often going above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. His attention to detail really shows in the final result.

That said, there were some challenges during the project. Communication with the project manager was at times difficult, as we frequently had to follow up multiple times to get responses or movement on pending items, which led to delays and frustration.

We also experienced issues with the framing crew. Our French door was damaged during installation and had to be replaced and reinstalled three times due to water leakage. Additionally, the wrong exterior wrap was initially used on the addition and needed to be corrected. The crew also left debris and trash around the yard, which was disappointing and required extra cleanup on our part.

Our new bathroom is beautiful! The designer, project manager, and the crew were all great to work with. The designer had great ideas for improvements that we had never imagined. The project manager was open to suggestions from me when changes were needed, and was responsive to questions and concerns. The workmanship from the crew was wonderful! I never imagined it would look so good and function so well. We went from a small, dark en suite to one with double sinks and lovely accessories. The key to success is lots of communication between everyone involved. The before and after photos tell the story of a job well done.
