We had a Master bathroom renovated. Took out an unused tub and installed a new shower with built in bench, install new floor tile, new lighting and painted room. The Palmetto team were exceptional- from design to material options to scheduling, permitting and construction. Jake and Ellis did a professional job in construction of new bathroom. We love the new bathroom.
I met with them, and paid to have them come out and quote me after reviewing my house, but ultimately chose to go with another firm. The friendly person who came out gave a cursory look at the potential renovation, but didn't even go to the back yard or talk about my ideas before quoting. Felt very detached and uninformed. The quote, when delivered, lacked any detail and specificity. The whole process felt a bit amateurish and impersonal.
From the start of our project, the sales and creative team and the field team have been great! We appreciate the communication we have received, the updates, and the respect of our schedules and home during the construction. These are fantastic folks and we are very pleased and looking forward to the final phase to finish!
10/10 on the 1st half. Will post when reno is completed. However the service from dynamic duo, Kimberly and Jarrett needs to have a spotlight. They designed a complete remodel with every thought in mind. Using the latest technology, I was able to see what my project would look like prior to the first board being ripped up. So nice and attentive that I feel like I was reunited with long lost friends. Communicating was a breeze and always a quick response. Wisdom beyond their years.Like I said in the beginning, we haven't even begun the demo yet but I felt the need to make a review on just their part of this project.
I had a fantastic experience working with the Palmetto Renovations team. For several reasons, we are not able to go forward with our planned renovation at this time but Justin D. & Tyara presented a fabulous rendering and had captured my vision perfectly. Justin responded quickly with answers and they were both courteous and easy to work with. Kim and Matt joined us in the Design Consultation meeting and they were also very professional, friendly, and offered great ideas. I appreciated the time they all spent with me and would definitely recommend Palmetto Renovations.
