Southern elite did my bathroom project about a year ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Zion was the property manager, he did a horrible job. Most of the time i had to remind him to send paper work to insurance company. He overcharged my insurance, a small bathroom that only had a sink. They hired a local contractor, used cheap materials to do the project. Six months later,painting had bubbles peeled off that you can even see the original color coming out. Sockets falling off the wall. Be careful public serclean and southern Ellite work hand in hand to get money from insurance. They lie and tell you that you need to year down your house but you really don't.
I would not recommend Southern Elite to any one who is having work done to their home. I have been working with this company for 11 months on a project that was estimated to take 1 month. The people that they contracted out to do the work would not work while they were there, and they left my home a mess. Not to mention the communication was AWFUL the entire time. I was the one that was required to reach out to the contractor to see if they were coming, and mostly got no replies back. The saving grace of this entire project was when I was sent Travis. He ended up doing an amazing job, so if you decided to go with this company ask for him. Overall it was a very traumatic experience.
Andrew and Jared were very professional throughout the process. They responded in a timely manner and worked to resolve all issues that came up.
We had a complicated insurance claim due to laundry room water damage (removal of asbestos, plumbing repairs and finally reconstruction of laundry and storage room. Andrew Helmer with Southern Elite really went above and beyond in walking us through this process. Andrew was available at all times to answer questions and was always very personable and professional. I definitely recommend Southern Elite and Andrew Helmer.
Mark with Southern-Elite did a great job when he was assigned to my home. The company themselves took too long. After the job finally began and Mark was assigned to me, I have to give him a lot of credit. He got in there and completed the job, cleaned up, and kept me abreast of everything every step of the way. My kitchen looks great and is functional. Thanks Mark! It is a 5 star for Mark!
