**Beautiful 4-Season Sunroom – with an emphasis on Quality & Communication**

We had a wonderful experience working with DiFabion Remodeling, Inc. on our new 4-season sunroom at our home in the Charlotte area.

From the start, their communication was excellent. The team kept us informed at every stage, so we always knew what to expect regarding timeline, next steps, and costs. The project stayed on budget, and the entire process felt organized and professional.

The finished sunroom exceeded our expectations. It features multiple oversized windows that bring in plenty of natural light, several skylights, and integrated LED mini lights that create a great ambiance in the evenings. The sliding door opening to the patio makes the space feel seamless and functional for indoor-outdoor living.

We were especially impressed with the quality of the roofing and insulation. The room is expected to be comfortable year-round and truly feels like a natural extension of our home.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer experience. We highly recommend DiFabion Remodeling to anyone considering a sunroom or home addition in the Charlotte area.

We recently had our first floor of our home remolded by DiFabion Remodeling, including a gut renovation of our kitchen and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the process was professional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. During the development phase, Payden was sure to listen to our needs, answer our questions, and was always quick to answer our calls.
The design services were top-notch. Hannah worked collaboratively with us throughout the design process taking our ideas and creating a space that's both beautiful and functional. We were especially impressed by how well she considered our needs while also incorporating innovative design elements.
The construction itself was top-notch. The team was professional, skilled, and detail oriented. Scott and Gabbie managed our project and were both professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Communication was clear and frequent. We always knew what to expect and when, which made alleviated much of the stress out of such a large project. Whenever an issue or concern arose, it was addressed quickly and effectively, showing their commitment to getting things right. We also felt that there was a genuine interest in our project and ensuring that we were happy with the results.
The final product is a testament to the team's expertise. Every aspect of the remodel feels high-quality and meticulously crafted. We now have a home that truly reflects our style and functionally works for our life, and we’re so grateful to DiFabion Remodeling and their team for making it happen.

DiFabion was doing a renovation in my home for 8 months. The whole team, from start to finish, is a group of rock stars that I feel became my friends. They talk to my dogs, we talk about our weekends, travel plans, and families. They are with you every step of the way. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is top notch! I’m actually sad it’s over and can’t wait to start the next one. We could not imagine using anyone else for our future remodeling needs.

We were in the market to remodel our 15yo home's first floor to achieve better flow and update features and materials. Kitchen, master bath, LR, DR, laundry, porch, powder room, master closet, and back entrance. After exhaustive research into General Contractors, custom builders, etc., we chose to go with DiFabion based on a few different criteria. First, they specialize in remodels and not all types of construction which makes them knowledgeable about potential issues that may, and will, come up in the course of a remodel. Next, their outstanding reputation for doing quality work, and last but not least, they manage every aspect of the project in-house, from design to completion.

We were pleasantly surprised (having dealt with numerous contractors over many years) that the communication was very clear and transparent regarding cost, timeline, unexpected issues, etc. Everything from payment schedules to weekly work updates were crystal clear before any work was started. The most pleasant surprise (shock, really) of all was how clean the worksite was left everyday. Even after days of major demo, walls and ceilings ripped apart, there wasn't a spec of sawdust left on the ground. Also, they were extremely punctual; work days began and ended every day at the same time. They were quiet and respectful of our neighbors and so were the sub-contractors who had obviously been advised by DiFabion what was expected at job sites. We had numerous positive comments from neighbors about that over the course of the remodel which from demo to completion took 8 months (yes, we moved into an apartment).

All that being said, at the end of the day it's about the final product. Our house looks absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship and materials used, as well as working together toward a mutual design goal, made for a very impressive end result. Absolutely worth the time and cost to modify the home we already loved into one that not only looks beautiful, but is much more functional than before.

I know contractors are hard to come by these days, and the wait may be long, but don't sell your home short out of impatience. DiFabion is worth waiting for.
