Customer feedback frequently highlights organized communication, helpful design guidance, and considerate crews during kitchen and bathroom projects. Many reviews mention clear processes and coordination that kept projects on track and within discussed budgets. A small number of reviews cite frustrations with communication and finish quality on specific jobs, though most ratings are positive.

We used Muse Residential to remodel our kitchen. This included replacing floor joists and insulation, new flooring, cabinets and painting. From the beginning, all interactions with Muse were professional, friendly and laid back, no hard sell.

We started with an online meeting with Jerehmy where he explained their processes. He stressed that after the design had been done, they would work with us to make sure they stayed within our budget. When this meeting was completed, we had good feelings about working with this company.

Emily came out and used her tablet to take pictures and measurements, she was very efficient and friendly, and this process didn’t take long. They then sent us a design proposal and we met with Jerehmy, Paige and Emily a couple of times to go over the design and budget. These meetings were informative and laid back. Everything that was said was documented so that we were all on the same page; no misunderstandings from either party. We found this important as we knew exactly what we were getting. The CAD designs that they sent us showed us what the finished kitchen would look like.

We then had an onsite meeting with Muse and their subcontractors. They checked things out to try and make sure there were no hidden issues apparent.

Once the work started, they stayed close to the schedule we were given. Alex kept us informed of what would be happening, including when the county inspectors would be doing their inspections.

A couple of things that impressed us about Muse and their employees was how much pride they took in their workmanship. Wyatt and Pascal made sure the kitchen area and carport were kept clean and swept every day. The work they did on the cabinet installation and their attention to detail was impressive.

After the kitchen was completed, Emily and Paige came by to check it out and to make sure we were happy. This was not a cheap project, but Muse managed to make it worry free and worked with us to remain within our budget.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Muse Residential and will use them in the future. They are a great team to work with.

Debra and Colin Triming.

Muse did a kitchen renovation for my elderly mom. We cannot say enough great things about the quality of work and more importantly, the quality of the people involved - they were above and beyond! From meeting with the designers, Paige and Emily to the execution of the construction, we could not have been more pleased! I live in Arizona, so I was communicating long distance and everyone involved took such good care of my mom through the process.
Everything was finished ahead of schedule and exactly to our dreams and requests.
Alex in the front office made everything run smoothly.
Jehremy as an owner could not have been more on top of the team from the very beginning.
We highly recommend Muse Residential!

Review of MUSE – Master Bathroom Project

Our experience with MUSE has been extremely disappointing. What started as a master bathroom remodel turned into months of frustration due to poor communication, lack of quality control, and constant repair of subpar work.

From the beginning, communication was either incorrect or non-existent. Whenever I raised concerns, I was told the project “wasn’t done yet,” but then when I gave space, the finishes were sloppy and unacceptable.
Our project began in March 2025 with a projected completion date at the end of May 2025. We began escalating our complaints to him via email in May, and finally got him to come review the company’s work in August. Admitting at this point it was unacceptable work, but expecting full payment.

Several specific issues stand out:

Workmanship: Although the tile work was beautiful, the finishes were poorly executed. For example, the attic entrance was falling apart, drywall repairs were left unsanded and unpainted, and the cabinetry was handled so badly it was scratched and warped.

Professionalism: Their cleaning service HELPED THEMSELVES to our kitchen. On top of that, Muse shared my home front door access code with outside inspectors and contractors without permission, despite assurances that a Muse representative would be present for all third-party visits.

Accountability: The owner, Jeremy, was attentive when selling the job, but after problems arose—two leaks staining the kitchen ceiling below, repainting issues, and unfinished work—he became completely unresponsive until the final payment was requested as we refused.

Unfortunately, my trust in this company is gone, and I would not recommend them to others. The owner did reach out after I refused final payment as spent 12 hours with his team repairing the poor finishes.

If you value accountability, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Recently we decided to remodel our kitchen. At the start of the process we interviewed 2 different contractors. The 1st person we talked with gave us a very vague estimate without any type of breakdown of the work to be done or final design. The other company was Muse.

From the very beginning Muse was thoroughly professional, from the initial meeting where we got to meet one of the owners to the final inspection. They came to the house and took physical measurements of our kitchen and even did a 3D scan of the space. The design process was amazing and we were presented with a light refresh option, a full remodel option, and a “what budget, I’m rich” option. We chose the full remodel. During the design process we were able to see a 3D rendering of what each proposal would look like when finished and, I must say, our kitchen turned out exactly like the 3D rendering.

Overall we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. It looks amazing and all of our friends are impressed with how it turned out. We now have much more cabinet space and a fully functional and useful kitchen island. Our old island was that late 90’s-early 2000’s split level dog-leg design that was completely useless. The new island is a beautiful rectangle that allows us to utilize the entire counter and even gives us more storage.

The only two negative things I will say about Muse are the amount of time it took for this project and communication. I won’t go into details but this project took almost double the amount of time we were quoted. Jerehmy and Wendy (the owners) are super nice though and helped make the process more bearable. Midway through they hired a customer service liaison that is fantastic and the communication issues vanished. Melinda did an excellent job of keeping us informed and helped make the fact that it was taking so long more bearable. If you are considering a home renovation project, I would recommend that you give Muse a call.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience using Muse Residential to partially remodel our bathroom, replacing an old fiberglass tub/shower combo with a beautiful custom walk-in shower. The work was top-notch, the process and communications were prompt and professional, and the workers were skilled and respectful of our home and our time. The BuilderTrend application they provide for clients was so helpful to keep everyone on the same page with expectations, scheduling, updates and financing. This was a smaller job for Muse, as they can do complete home renovations, but we received the same professional treatment they provide for the bigger projects. Highly recommended.
