I was very satisfied with Creekside Pro Construction and Jacob, the owner. He walked me through each stage of the project during the quote. He explained that there would be a Project Manager available to me every step of the way. That was important to me as I am mobility challenged . Navas the project manager was available every step of the way in answering questions, explaining the process and assisting with choosing paint and materials. The men who completed the work were experienced and knowledgeable kept the work area safe for me. Thank you to all Creekside staff who were a part of my bathroom renovation.

We were so happy to find Creekside Pro Construction. From the first meeting with Jacob, the designer Noa and the Project manager Navas we felt very comfortable for them to handle the complete kitchen remodel. Navas took the time to explain everything and set up the crew to finish the job. We were pretty particular in what we wanted and he guided us step by step. Any little issues that cropped up were quickly handled with the least amount of disruption. We will be referring all of our friends and family to them. I would like to begin my review by saying that my entire family thoroughly enjoys the three beautifully remodeled bathrooms completed by Creekside Pro Construction. We are extremely happy with the final results. I want to give special thanks to the company's founder, Jacob. During our first meeting, he assured us that his team would not leave the project until we were fully satisfied with the results, and he kept his word. While there were some questions, concerns, and disagreements along the way, we were able to resolve all issues to our satisfaction. We particularly appreciated that the company provided us with a designer. Since we were not well-versed in selecting materials, the designer accompanied us to several showrooms to help us choose tiles, grout, vanities, and shower sets. This made the process not only easier but also enjoyable. Additionally, the designer created a 3D model based on our selected materials, which made us fall in love with our future bathrooms even before the remodeling began. However, we did experience some challenges with the organization of the workflow. Unfortunately, our project manager seemed to need a better memory. Throughout the project, he couldn’t remember my wife’s name, even though he saw her nearly every day on site. We often had to remind him about specific issues that needed attention. Furthermore, I found it challenging to get a clear schedule for the week ahead, as the timeline frequently changed the very next day, making planning a challenge. As a result, the total project timeline nearly doubled from the original estimate. That said, as I mentioned earlier, Jacob went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His company performed a significant amount of extra work that wasn’t specified in the contract, yet they didn’t charge us a single penny beyond the agreed-upon terms. In the end, we were truly pleased with the remodeling. A huge thank you to Creekside Pro Construction for our beautiful new bathrooms!

I had an amazing experience working with Creekside Pro Construction. Nur, our Project Manager, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all our feedback as the project progressed. He was well-informed, attentive, and highly professional. He took the time to listen to our needs and ensured our satisfaction at every stage of the project. Meeting with the interior designer, Jordan, was a delight. She was accommodating and helped bring our vision to life by choosing the best design options. The construction crew, too, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and professional and made sure the area was clean and prepared for work at the beginning and end of each day, making us feel comfortable and at ease. It was truly a pleasure working with the entire team at Creekside Pro Construction. I'm confident I'll hire them again for future renovation projects!

I've never had a remodeling experience quite like this before—it's truly been exceptional. The team was incredibly respectful, attentive, and their craftsmanship and professionalism far surpassed my expectations. Every time I step into my newly remodeled bathroom, I feel a sense of relaxation wash over me (pun intended) :-).
