Special Thank You to James, our Architect, who met with us numerous times to make changes for our project to make sure we had all our dreams in place, Mark, the greatest Contractor, made our dream house come to life and Sean, who made sure we didn't have any concerns. After much research, we asked for estimates from 3-5 companies for our kitchen demolition and new cabinets, counters, and sink. Amanda Moran from Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling truly listened until she understood our project. She was not dissuaded by the fact that this was a smaller project. In order to help our budget goals, she split the project into 2 phases - one we paid for now and the second we will hire when ready. I appreciated her personal care, positivity, and follow through. Mark Townsley stepped in as our superintendent and over-communicated throughout the process. He gave advice when asked, stayed on top of the subcontractors, and checked on the progress way more than I expected. I appreciated that he somehow ALWAYS answered his phone and gave me the information I needed. I HIGHLY recommend Greater Dayton Building and Remodeling. We love our kitchen!!
