We had a shortfall with a contractor right before the holidays and were left with a children's bathroom in demo and inoperable. I came across Atlantic View Builders via web search and was very impressed with their high rating and overall customer feedback. I called and the owner Roy visited the same day for close to an hour to understand our project and talk through the details. They committed to being able to complete the project before the Christmas holiday, and for a very fair price. Roy's team were experienced craftsman who showed up each day, performed clean work, and completed the project on time! My boys love their new bathroom! If you have a project and need an honest professional, give Roy a call.

Atlantic View Builders is beyond words amazing. I wanted to redo my master bathroom. Roy, the owner, met me at Floor and Decor and helped me pick out tiles. He contributed so much of his creativity throughout working on the project with me. He came by my house every day while his workers were here checking in. They were extremely pleasant and worked straight through from 8 to 5 every day. He replaced rotten beams inside my bathroom wall. There is nothing about building houses that he doesn’t know.My bathroom is incredible and I couldn’t have done this project without him. I had such a great experience I’ve asked him to do my second bathroom.If you ever need any work on your house immediately call Atlantic View Builders.There is no one more conscientious, professional, kind, honest and skilled than Roy and his workers from Atlantic View Builders.
We hired Atlantic View Builders & Remodeling to upgrade our flooring from wall-to-wall carpeting to large format tiles. We also wanted to update our closet areas, prepping for some European closets and paint a bedroom. In the process, AVB found some (old) termite damage to a wall in our small bedroom, so advised us on how to hand to handle/correct this. The owner of the company made sure to come by daily, to inspect the progress, while advising us, making sure everything was done to our expectations. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and could not recommend Atlantic View Builders highly enough! :)
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!Now that the job is supposedly completed according to Roy I would like to update my review. I cannot tell what a horrible experience it was. They had to come back so many times it was ridiculous. They have already threatened to SUE me if I changed my review so I hope this indicates what type of people they are. They had to come back so many times always claiming not to see the issue I was pointing out. One example is my toilet kept making a running noise so they replaced the same part twice. When it continued to happened but not all the time they said we can’t fix something we don’t hear and left. So unprofessional and that was on the contract “fix toilet “ . I can’t tell you how many times they came back to my home and each time they would say “I don’t see the problem “ like they were blind and I was stupid. I had new hardwood floors put in by them, they left them so filthy which they said they couldn’t see so I called a pro who wanted $1500 to clean them and and all of a sudden they could see the dirt and cleaned them themselves. So blind and cheap. All i can say is watch out they dishonest in every way possible. Change orders I never received copies of they said I lost. They would drop off young guys to do the floors who didn’t speak English. They didn’t even bring their own broom they just used mine without asking. I could go on but to I think to sum up they are just unprofessional and untalented. They will also use the cheapest products available and whatever you have in your garage or storage is free game to them. STAY AWAY!
