After interviewing 3 highly rated roofing companies with many specific questions, I selected Tristar with Dustin as the main contact. All requested documentation was provided like proof of liability coverage and background on the shingles they use.

Since Dustin lives in our development, we were directed to seek HOA approval for a shingle color change.  The project was scheduled after HOA approval. The crew was very professional and it was amazing how quickly they removed the old roof compared to other companies. The roof was completed in a day and a half with the gutter crew scheduled  shortly afterwards. Staining the pegola and window/screen replacement also scheduled to complete the claim in a relatively short duration.

Very pleased with the excellent communication from Dustin, the work completed exceeded expectations and the class 3 shingles used by Tristar saved me thousands on my home insurance annual premium. Highly recommended

I’ve used Tri-Star for a full house remodel, Carport edition, along with a full shop re-roof and addition. They built an outdoor kitchen and fireplace and lots of stonework. Everything turned out great and we are very happy with all the work that was done. We highly recommend Tri-Star and continue to use them on all of our projects.

We had an outstanding experience with TriStar Roofing from start to finish. They explained the entire insurance process every step of the way, which made what could have been an overwhelming situation feel very manageable. Dustin was incredibly thorough inspecting every inch of our roof as well as the exterior of our home, including the patio, fence, exterior lights, windows, paint, and more.
TriStar handled all scheduling with contractors, and everyone involved was prompt, professional, and completed repairs as promised. The roofing crew was extremely careful with our landscaping and the exterior of our house, and they cleaned the job site daily. They even came back afterward to double-check for any loose nails in our yard and the street, which we truly appreciated.

We reached out to TriStar Construction from referrals from two people that we trust in early 2018 to renovate our 22 years old builder grade kitchen. We realized, after speaking with many friends and neighbors who had projects done over the years, that the most important thing when selecting a contractor is finding a company that you can communicate with and who will take the time to communicate back with us. That has been the best thing about working with TriStar Construction. Whenever there were concerns or questions, they resolved our concerns. Their general contractors were great at showing up and completing a professional job. Also, TriStar communicated with each of their subcontractors well, and managing the project schedule on time.
TriStar Construction and their team were very communicative through our kitchen remodel process. The kitchen remodel is delicate work and we were living in our house during the renovations. We always knew what was going on and their crew- (Casie, Robert, Mickie and Tony) were always polite, respectful, professional and easy to communicate with during the project. Communication with everyone was excellent. Whenever, I had a question or concern, I got a prompt response within the day.
We were so impressed w/ the quality of the work and service and we told them we would be calling back to have other areas in our home remolded and updated within the next year or so.
After TriStar completed our kitchen project, we decided in 2022 to have them back to remodel our main bathroom, 2 guest baths and living room fireplace. Again, TriStar did a great job to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them and will use them again if we need additional work done on our home. Mary J. A.
