Castile remodeled our primary bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the process and results. Everyone we interacted with was professional, as well as the trade partners they worked with. The work was top notch and on time. Thank you to everyone!
Castile’s team took our unusable kitchen/bathroom and turned into a gorgeous set like arrangement. I could not be happier with the quality of construction and the final product. While there was some stress due to the nature of the situation and cost the team was reassuring and tried their best to inform and assist in every way possible. The construction crew made me and my partner very secure in the quality of work we were receiving. David and Jessie from the construction crew were incredible on communication and advocacy for our desires and did outstanding work. Me and my partner are very particular and don’t take kindly to mediocrity and we are very pleased.
The designer Clarissa was critical in making my vision of my dream bathroom into a reality!! The work is very high quality and beautiful. I love my therapeutic tub!
Castile walked us through the project, every step of the way. Our designer, Mariko, was amazing and came up with ideas we would have never imagined on our own. We remodeled a 1960s home and wanted to take out the wall between the kitchen and dining room, but that made the room too big. So Mariko brought in another wall, making the room size more manageable, and creating a walk-in pantry, which we love. The lead carpenter, David, and the entire crew were great and very respectful. They protected all surfaces while working and kept any disturbance to the rest of the house to a minimum. I liked the web-based project management tool they used, so I could see the schedule and know what to expect. It was also a great way to consolidate all communication in one place.Castile might be a touch on the expensive side compared to some lower-cost firms, but you get what you pay for. No detail was too small for the Castile team. They completely refinished the wood floor TWICE (at no cost to us) because we were not happy with the results the first time. Another example: the range hood was too low because we ordered the wrong one, and could not return it. They took it to a metal shop and (again at no cost to us) cut down the cowling and installed the hood higher in the ceiling with new, custom molding. Even more examples: Countertop installer dinged wall during installation? Repaired. Tiny smudge of paint on the ceiling? Fixed. Sticker residue on the newly-installed windows? Cleaned. Trim off by a fraction of a millimeter? Fixed. You get the idea.Kudos to the Castile team -- we are very happy with our new kitchen!
We chose Castile Kitchen & Bath after meeting with several contractors. We appreciated Forrest's straightforward manner and respect for our project ideas. We also liked the use of CoConstruct to follow timelines, selections and costs. We worked first with Mariko, a terrific designer, who helped us through all the details of adding an ensuite bathroom and remodeling our 1970's primary bathroom; all within the budget we set. Every detail was accounted for and included in CoConstruct.Todd, our carpenter, did exceptional work and kept the trades and other team members on task ensuring their work met Castile's high quality expectations. We enjoyed having Todd in our home and around our pets, who adored him.We highly recommend Castile Kitchen & Bath to whomever might be considering a bathroom remodel or addition. You should know this is not a quick process, but patience pays off. We are so happy with the final results!
