Highcraft Builders was fantastic to work with for our very large home renovation. Our project included a new primary bedroom and bathroom, a new Jack-and-Jill bathroom for our kids, a new laundry room, a new kitchen, refinishing hardwood floors with new trim, new windows and doors, and exterior paint.

Their team was incredibly organized and professional, with frequent meetings and clear communication throughout the entire process. They helped us thoughtfully define and refine our scope and budget based on our actual needs and priorities, and they did an excellent job managing expectations from start to finish.

Their craftsmanship is truly second to none. While we initially experienced some sticker shock at the cost, now that the project is complete, it was absolutely worth the investment. The pre-build process was incredibly organized and well-thought-out. Zack made us feel comfortable and confident in one of the biggest decisions of our lives. The architects were so much fun to work with while designing our perfect home, and our interior designer, Jill, was amazing—she practically crawled into our minds to pinpoint our exact design preferences.

From the beginning to the end HighCraft was alway there working side by side with us to create the most incredible renovation in our mid-century home. The work was impeccable, their service was top notch and everyone we worked with was personable and cared about the outcome of the project as if it were their own home.
From working with Zack (Project Development Manager) on the scope of work, who then handed us over to Jill Sanchez (designer), Lance (Project Manager) and D (Production Manager) was like working with family members who cared about everything we wanted. Their attitude was “yes we can do that”.
