Our project included a new primary bedroom and bathroom, a new Jack-and-Jill bathroom for our kids, a new laundry room, a new kitchen, refinishing hardwood floors with new trim, new windows and doors, and exterior paint.Their team was incredibly organized and professional, with frequent meetings and clear communication throughout the entire process. They helped us thoughtfully define and refine our scope and budget based on our actual needs and priorities, and they did an excellent job managing expectations from start to finish.Their craftsmanship is truly second to none. From the beginning to the end HighCraft was alway there working side by side with us to create the most incredible renovation in our mid-century home. The work was impeccable, their service was top notch and everyone we worked with was personable and cared about the outcome of the project as if it were their own home.From working with Zack (Project Development Manager) on the scope of work, who then handed us over to Jill Sanchez (designer), Lance (Project Manager) and D (Production Manager) was like working with family members who cared about everything we wanted. Their attitude was “yes we can do that”.All in all, to say the least, we couldn’t be more impressed and happy working with HighCraft! And they finished the project on time which is highly unusual!
