We had 21'x15' three-season sunroom with old metal sliding windows and a swing door and replaced the old worn windows with modern casement windows and a full-width sliding door. The upgrade also included extra insulation in the ceiling and replacement of the old exterior ceiling coverage. The job should have taken no more than two or three months, but it came out closer to ten due to problems with previous work that was improperly permitted by previous owners and repeated problems with one vendor's ability to properly size one of the replacement windows. Dreambuilders worked aggressively with both the town inspectors and the vendor's errant window sizing. The results of the project exceeded our expectations.

We went through a major kitchen renovation with Carlos, Christian, Jennifer and Chase at Dream Builders.I am not just very happy with the results but also the process, the price and the people.It was a pleasure working with that team and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the final results, the appearance and the quality.It was very easy to work with Dream Builders. They are readily available via text, email and phone. Schedules and expectations were made very clear. They use very nice trades people. All of them were very good: plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinet install and counter top.The kitchen looks exactly as designed. They were always very committed to delivering on all the specs.The design process was very good too and now our kitchen is airy, bright and has a ton more storage. The cabinetry quality is excellent too.We live in a house that is 130 years old. So to finish the process in time, on budget and without any major hiccups while delivering the exact kitchen we wanted was a first for us. I am very happy.
We hired Dream Builders Home Improvement to install a new Trex deck for us over the summer. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the deck was installed, but we were more impressed with this company because of everything that happened afterward.After a few weeks, it was apparant that the deck material sent by the factory was defective, which was not Dream Builder's fault at all. Carlos took the time to come and inspect our deck several times, process a very thorough warranty claim, then reinstall the new deck. This entire process took months. There are many other companies who would have abandoned us during this process and we are so grateful that he cared and took the time to walk us through this.The photos attached are of our original deck and the first deck that was installed before we started noticing the defects. The new deck is a similar color, looks great, and has no defects.Although we were very frustrated with Azek initially denying the defect, we couldn't have been happier with how this situation was handled by Dream Builders and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone for any home project. This is a company that truly cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction! We will definitely use them again for future home projects.
