Just completed a complete home renovation and I highly recommend OC Home Restoration! I got bids from 3 different contractors, one contractor took weeks to get me a bid and another contractor gave me a verbal bid without ever coming out to my house. Micky on the other hand came out to my house walked through with me listening to all my ideas and offering suggestions and had a written bid to me the next day! Being a single woman I was anxious about being taken advantage of but immediately felt comfortable with Micky. He was very patient with me and walked me through the entire process. The work I had done included 2 bathroom remodels, including reconfiguring the master bathroom, LVP flooring throughout, removing popcorn ceilings, replacing all interior doors and closet doors, updating both fireplaces and installing mantles, widening opening between family room and dining area, updating and installing lighting fixtures replacing baseboards throughout, updating all the electrical outlets and light switches and painting the entire interior. I also had work done on the exterior of the house which included replacing damaged siding, fascia and rafter tails, stucco repair, replacing the exterior family room door (which Micky gifted to me for Christmas! Seriously who does that?) , replaced all outdoor light fixtures, painted exterior and installed rain gutters. I feel like I have a brand new house!! I moved out door the renovation but my neighbors told me the workers were here every day working long hours and Micky kept me updated and always responded to my texts within minutes. This was a project I wanted to get completed before I retired and Micky and his team made my dream a reality!! Retirement here I come!!

Mickey and his subcontractors are highly professional, always on time, clean up after themselves, and follow through on what they say.The quality of their work is most certainly above good. My remodeled bathroom is gorgeous and could be in a magazine. My new fireplace is the focal point in my living room and many people comment how lovely it looks. I can call Mickey for anything, even though he’s done with my project, and he always responds. You won’t be disappointed!

This was our first large remodel and everything was new to us. No doubt that Micky’s personality helped us make our decision, and his passion for his work and commitment to the job sealed the deal.Throughout the job Micky was continually in touch, always available for questions and help. Any issues were addressed right away. Micky and his crew were respectful of the current Covid issues and were a pleasure to work with. Micky does a great job of orchestrating the various trades to avoid overlapping and lag time – very efficient. It was clear that Micky is respected by his employees, working well with them while expecting quality work and detail. This resulted in no financial surprises throughout the job.Micky was very comfortable to work with, checking on the site almost every day. At the beginning of the project, Micky sat down with us and told us his primary goal was to make us happy with our new bathroom. He genuinely cared about our needs and concerns. Primary goal was definitely achieved.We love our amazing bathroom! We now have several ideas for future projects that we plan to use OC Home Restoration.
