He was always helpful, in contact, on time and on budget. His attention to detail made even some of the smaller details great.

I highly recommend working with him. We will again.

Update we also recently had Josh rebuild our fence and repair a shower in our home

He takes such care and his attention to detail is great
He always gives you options to control costs if need be too

**He also fenced our yard this past summer with wood privacy fencing along the back and chain link in the front. We have received so many compliments from neighbours, friends, family and people just walking by.

We are very happy with our first Reno experience. Josh is meticulous, reliable, comes to you to discuss everything along the way and offer his advice /recommendations. He has amazing connections with local masons, plumbers, electricians that are also reliable and do amazing work. This was a full demo,reframe,level floors, replace windows and doors, replace / lay hardwood, kitchen/ pantry install, cover exterior. We took down two walls to open up the space and Josh helped with the design component to bring our vision to life. We are so excited to live in our new space within this old home. Looking forward to a project in the future.
