Manco Renovations, Additions, Design & Build

It can be a daunting task to select a contrator who has integrity, is reliable, competent and honest. In Manco you will find all of these qualities and more. From our first meeting to completion of our addition and renovation project, the Manco Team ensured superb communication, attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. This family business was on top of every aspect of our project and given their years of experience, they provided creative, cost effective solutions when issues arose and always sought our consent for decisions made as well as providing us information and recommendations to guide us in our decisions. Manco completed the project earlier than the projected timeframe, were onsite daily to oversee all the work and keep things moving and were within budget aside from any extras we requested. All of their sub contractor trades were very pleasant, highly skilled professionals who demonstrated care for the project. We would highly recommend Manco as a first rate company with a longstanding history in the Hamilton area.

Manco has been amazing from day one until the end of our renovation. The entire team made this journey, an stress-free one. A huge thank you to Joe, Joe Jr and Debbie! Everything from the incredible communication to the outstanding work, has been amazing! We are blown away with the final product. It’s even better than we had imagined. I highly recommend Manco to anyone looking to renovate.

Manco renovated our entire main floor including kitchen and bathroom and removing a supporting wall. We could not be happier with the results! One of, if not the best companies I've ever dealt with for communicating and responding to questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend them and use them for any future work we need done. Thanks for making the reno process as less stressful as possible!

My wife and I recently hired Manco for our basement renovation and we are beyond ecstatic with the turnout! From start to finish, communication and timeliness were prompt. Joe , Joe Jr, and the team have a fantastic eye for detail. I would highly recommend Manco to all of my family, friends, and clients. Thank you!

Joe and Joe Jr. did a wonderful job on our house. We had all kinds of odd requests and had a terrible time finding a contractor that would give us a quote or communicate with us in general. Manco were great communicators and completed all our requests without hesitation. Their quote was extremely fair and accurate to the actual cost. They had great feedback to help us make better decisions aesthetically, very helpful. They placed the beams in our roof, put in new windows that look great (no pictures of those yet) and made our exposed brick we found look wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.
