Aloha everyone! It was 2nd project with Top Level. I have 2 properties in Hawaii. One on Oahu and 2nd on Big island. I am glad Michael working on both islands and guys have enough crews to take care everything fast. If you are looking company who can do most of interior remodeling with fair price on all islands definitely look on those guys. I’ll personally will be using them in March for my tile project in Hilo.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team I worked with at Top Level Construction to renovate my children's 30 year old bathroom:Inna (Sales Manager) - She met with us once and was very detailed in measuring our bathroom and noting our likes and dislikes. She showed us photos of bathroom projects they recently completed which was very helpful. I like that she tweaked her proposals to fit our needs and price points. She was very professional and we felt no pressure from her at all to accept any of their proposals.Oleh (Project Manager) - Once we agreed to a proposal, Oleh put us in their work schedule immediately. We couldn't believe how fast the project moved from beginning to end. Oleh is very efficient and is great at communicating what they need to get the project moving. I like that he communicates through both phone call and text.Illia (Supply Manager) - Illia has a lot of patience. We had many texts going back and forth about items we wanted that weren't in stock due to us being in Hawaii. Illia found great substitutions that we're very happy with. Illia is also an awesome designer and gave us wonderful recommendations for color schemes and fixtures when we had a hard time choosing it ourselves.Constantine (Man of all trades) - Constantine is the hardest and most efficient worker I've ever met. When he comes to your house, he works from morning to evening and does not horse around. The quality of his tile work, grout, and cabinet installation is outstanding and impeccable. I also really liked that he keeps his work area as clean as possible throughout the entire project.Overall, we are extremely happy with our beautiful new bathroom. I will definitely work with Top Level Construction again in the future (and I'm going to request for Constantine!) They are a really great team to work with. Thank you, Top Level Construction!
We had a water leak in our wall that penetrated into the floors of the kitchen and dinning area. I contacted their office, and received a quote very quickly. They are a wonderful company. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The work they did was excellent. We would definitely recommend their services, and would call them again to do future home improvements.
