Modern Touch Contracting, LLC

Our experience with this general contractor was excellent from start to finish. They were organized, dependable, and attentive to our needs. The quality of work was impressive, and they completed the project right on schedule. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. We’re very satisfied and would confidently recommend their services to others.

Had an approved project with Blue Raven Solar. After delaying the project for weeks, two men showed up at the property to assess. Manager called and confirmed location for battery shed. After that call, I never heard from the project manager again. Blue Raven was unable to contact them about the project as well. Because they were unable to complete the project before the end of 2025, we were unable to receive the solar tax credits. The solar project was ready to go, we were just waiting on the battery shed to be built. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Wonderful experience with all involved from the owner to each of the craftsman. They made sure our new porch was exactly what we wanted. Their courtesy, kindness and attention to detail is what separates them from others. Thank you to everyone at Modern Touch for helping my family with our renovation!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathroom reno by modern touch! Their communication was great through the whole process, and more than that, we appreciated their transparency. They were very detailed and thorough and provided great recommendations. They were thrown a couple curve balls (aka finding a cast iron tub ??) and handled everything great. We definitely recommend modern touch and will be using them in the future when the opportunity arrives. Thanks Miguel and team!

They did the renovations of our new house from removing all carpet in our house and replacing it with LVP flooring, refurnishing our stair steps painting our bedrooms switching out outlets, adding LED puck lights in the bedrooms that didn’t have any lights in adding puck lights in the main entrance changing out old light with new lighting fixtures, needless to say they were very friendly and professional. They answered every question that we had and guided us through the process of the renovations with very good knowledge of the work we were looking to take on, they found a few problems that if not addressed would of caused us great pain and headaches in the near future from mold in our master bathroom behind the old tile, the solution to it was remove all the mold, remove old tile and redo the shower with new tile, and fresh waterproof membrane behind new tile, they also found rusted shower valves the solution replace old copper with new copper and new shower valves and they also found rotted wood in our storage shed they were also very quick to find a solution to the problems that occurred during our renovation process, it caused me great relief to know that modern touch contracting had our backs throughout the entire process! we are so happy to have chosen modern touch contracting LLC We recommend their work 100% AND WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE CHOOSING MODERN TOUCH CONTRACTING FOR FURTHER PROJECTS
