My name is Maria with Keystone Permits on Nov 19, 2025 we were hired by luxury Builder to revise plans for Deerfield Beach Florida. We completed the job and Patrick Vaillancourt has not processed his final bill. We have reached out to him via email and phone with no response. Due to unforeseen circumstances it took longer than anticipated to provide him with the plans he requested. At the end we provided him with plans. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this company.
