My name is Maria with Keystone Permits on Nov 19, 2025 we were hired by luxury Builder to revise plans for Deerfield Beach Florida. We completed the job and Patrick Vaillancourt has not processed his final bill. We have reached out to him via email and phone with no response. Due to unforeseen circumstances it took longer than anticipated to provide him with the plans he requested. At the end we provided him with plans. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this company.

Incredible experience with Luxury Builders Group. From the initial consult it was apparent that we were in good hands. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide some options to enhance our vision. The communication was excellent from everyone on the team and their efficiency during the project was truly impressive. What stood out most was the attention to detail.
