Well I have finally got to writing this review! First thanks to Cody for over seeing this project..was a challenge for sure...new house same address !!!! After talking to Gord Turner on our initial interview I knew this was the company for our reno. Mold..asbestos..plumbing. electrical all done by pros..John the electrician was super! We come home now and pinch ourselves just to believe it's real..such a good job our house is absolutely gorgeous..detail was never compromised. Our heart felt thanks to Gord Turner and his wife! For making all this possible!!
We have had Gord Turner to a couple of renovation projects for us. I would never go anywhere else. They were under budget, finished early, provided high quality workmanship, excellent and prompt communication and all of their tradesmen were friendly and courteous. We hired Gord Turner Renovations to completely renovate our two bedroom condo. From the first contact to the final finishing touches, all the people they brought to work on it were pleasant, professional and did high quality work.The project was extensive involving moving almost every interior wall, all new plumbing, electrical, doors, windows and lots of custom cabinetry. The design services gave us the confidence we needed to commit to the build and the project managers kept us in the loop at every step to be ready to move in by the promised date.The completed home is comfortable and beautiful... everything we hoped for! We would use Gord Turner Renovations again in a heartbeat.
My wife and I had heard numerous horror stories about renovations going over budget and over time, so we were on the fence about having our own project done. Gord Turner Renovations did not let us down. They provided us with detailed planning and 3d visualizations to make sure we completely understood the scope of work. Their project management was meticulous, and their project manager (Dave) was incredibly dedicated. Their entire team always had our best interest at heart. The cost of renovations/labour per square foot is pretty standard across the industry, so what really matters is the quality you get for that square foot.
