We really appreciated the caliber of work done by Justin and the team at Okanagan Urban Contractors. They walked into a mess of very shoddy work done by the previous contractors and managed to fix everything properly before beautifying it. Justin demanded perfection from all of his trades and left us with a beautiful house. He was organized, got things done quickly, and communicated well. We also appreciated that his team meticulously took care of all the minor imperfections at the end until we were completely satisfied. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any house build or renovation project.

I hired Justin to undertake a bunch of renovations to an office we had just leased in downtown Kelowna. Having just found him on google, and being based out of Vancouver, it was anyone's guess as to how the construction would go. Having reached the end of the construction, I am so happy I found him. Everyone and everything was on point, from his time estimates to his cost estimates. He was a serious professional through and through. The before and after pictures are a testament to his skill. We had an amazing experience with Justin and his team. We use OUC for a massive reno: kitchen (with 2 walls taken out and removed a window), all 3 of our bathrooms were redone (added a custom shower to our ensuite), new flooring, updated the electrical panel & lighting, painting and tile work.The communication with Justin was amazing. My hubby and I both work shift work and Justin was extremely flexible and always got back to me quickly. He was extremely detailed with his quote and I couldn't believe he stayed on budget.Justin's crew were super good to work with (Andy who was always there was amazing!) and on time. Even when we ran into a few issues, Justin quickly dealt with it and kept us in the loop.Justin and his team took what we had envisioned and more and beautifully transformed out place. We will definitely be using them again for anything we have in the future.
